Yuan has to stifle his laughter behind his sleeve ar his uncle's antics, eyes bright with happiness as the tension eases away.
He schools his expression into something more serious, though he can't hide the light of joy in his eyes, and bows deeply to both of them.
"Shifu, Lan-zongzhu, this one is Lan Yuan, courtesy name Sizhui." It sends a thrill of delight through him to be able to introduce himself in such a way. "I hope I can be a disciple, and.. and nephew, that you may both be proud of."
