Jin Ling's attention is brought back to the present and away from his mental breakdown he is edging toward when Zizhen mentions when Wanyin had been weakened. He also has a really good point about the Headshaker. That guy had to have lots of enemies with how ineffective he'd run Qinghe for a while there.

Fortunately he didn't feel like he was going to throw up anymore, just like he swallowed a hot coal. "Fuck! This part lasted a while last time!"
It wasn't helping that he'd been hungry before this happened.
