He was taking Yuan back to Carp Tower, building him the most amazing music hall ever, buying him all the prettiest robes he could possibly want, and never letting him out of his sight!
He didn't have to night hunt or survey his land. He could be like those other Jin clan leaders who were lazy and stayed in their tower and never did anything useful ever. If he kept Yuan safe and happy, he'd be okay. That was love, right?
