Yuan's eyes widen, startled, as Jin Ling suddenly buries his face in his shoulder, his arms instinctively wrapping around the younger man. For a split second, Yuan thinks, it almost seemed like Jin Ling was crying, but surely not? Why would he?
He shifts his arms so he can stroke Jin Ling's hair softly, the other holding him close.
"A-Ling?" He says, voice quiet and concerned "what.. what is it? Is something wrong?" He doesn't think he did anything wrong, because Jin Ling probably wouldn't be hugging him if he did, but he wonders if perhaps he's upset him accidentally, said something that brought up bad memories - he just has no idea what.
